Product Description

Log-Periodic Antenna LPA 530-2750 MHz is a wideband log-periodic dipole array (LPDA) covering 0.53-2.75 GHz with 10 dB gain and linear polarization (vertical or horizontal). This 530-2750 MHz log-periodic directional antenna uses 50 ohm impedance and a 1× N-Female connector, with low VSWR (≤ 1.5) for good impedance matching.

Its broad pattern is 40-60° (H) and 50-80° (V), with 25 dB cross-polarization isolation and −12 dB sidelobe level relative to the main beam. Designed for monitoring, RF links and field deployments, it is available optional up to 6 GHz. Dimensions 1140×285×65 mm, weight ≤ 1 kg; supplied with a pole mount bracket (vertical pipe up to 35 mm).

Technical Specifications of Log-Periodic Antenna LPA 530-2750 MHz

Log-Periodic Antenna LPA 530-2750 MHz is a wideband log-periodic dipole array (LPDA) covering 530-2750 MHz (0.53-2.75 GHz) with 50 Ω impedance. The antenna provides 10 dB gain and linear polarization (vertical or horizontal) through a single-port design with 1× N-Female connector (N socket). Matching is specified as VSWR 1.5 in the operating band (low VSWR / good impedance matching within the stated limit).

Radiation characteristics include 40-60° horizontal (H) beamwidth and 50-80° vertical (V) beamwidth, plus 25 dB cross-polarization isolation and −12 dB sidelobe level relative to the main beam. Power handling is specified as 150 W short-term input power, 100 W long-term input power, and up to 200 W peak power. Mechanical size is 1140 × 285 × 65 mm, weight ≤ 1 kg. An optional version up to 6 GHz is available. Mounting is specified for a vertical pipe up to 35 mm.

How It Works ❓

A log-periodic dipole array (LPDA) uses multiple dipole elements with gradually changing dimensions to maintain operation across a wide frequency range. This structure enables wideband reception/transmission across 530-2750 MHz while keeping a directional pattern. The stated beamwidth (40-60° H / 50-80° V) provides broad directional coverage, while VSWR 1.5 supports predictable integration into 50 Ω RF chains. Cross-polarization isolation and sidelobe level help control polarization leakage and off-axis radiation within the stated specifications.
