The «ROKS» Company activities:

• development and manufacture of microwave units for different equipment;
• designing, fabrication, starting-up and adjustment of MITRIS base stations, radio relay links and stations;
• design, deliver, mounting, starting-up and adjustment of Sat TV systems, which have different configurations and complexity degrees;
• design, deliver, mounting, starting-up and adjustment of burglar alarm and video surveillance;

Our equipment operates in such regions: Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa.

Starting with the market development of subscriber receivers of satellite television and were fixed on it, the company constantly expanding its manufacturing and research interests, covering related industries. First of all, this applies to the terrestrial television broadcasting systems, such as MMDS and MITRIS (without ignoring the other systems, for example, cable TV and LMDS). With these systems, we went all the way to the evolution of systems multichannel analog TV broadcasting to interactive multimedia systems.

Scientific activities

Head of the company and its leading specialists continuously entered into the group of co-designer of patents that protect the majority of technical decisions related to equipment designed for these systems and the principles of building systems in general. The company «ROKS» is a patents holder of the several technical solutions

Marketing

The main feature of our approach to the marketing and to our own manufacturing – the maximum approximation to the consumer. When supply of satellite equipment, this approach ensured the formation of a complete set of necessary customer equipment (including Into the system configuration our own manufactured equipment). IIntegrated approach is typical for the equipment sets formation of domestic manufacture for the different purposes. Its principle is to offer consumers a complete, equipped to the smallest detail product.

Constant expansion of the proposed equipment assortment of satellite and terrestrial TV receiving stations, the equipment for cable TV networks, the radio-relay and fiber-optic communication links is attended by magnifying of quantity and the nomenclature, quality improvement and novelty of the equipment made by our company for systems of a digital multiprogramme TV broadcasting, interactive multimedia systems, radio relay stations and the developed wire and wireless systems of video surveillance.

Participation

Scientific work of the company specialists is not limited to the invention. Its other species – participation in exhibitions and conferences. For many years the company is an active participant of such exhibitions: CabSat Dubai, IBC Exhibition, «Eastern Europe exhibition and conference on telecommunications and broadcasting EEBC Telecom & Broadcasting», «Computers and Communications – IT-Expo», and «International Scientific-Technical Conference «Problems of Electronics» under the auspices of the National Technical University of Ukraine (KPI)». Articles of our specialists constantly printing in periodicals such as «Mediasat», «Telemir», «Business and Security» magazines, etc.
Supporting the goals and objectives of mobile operators and equipment manufacturers in the field of information technology to improve the information services market in Ukraine, the company became an active member of the «Association of market participants of wireless data networks – Wireless Ukraine». Our projects «United Wireless Multimedia System» and «Wireless video surveillance system» were presented at two competitions of the Association and were awarded by diplomas of the prize-winner.

Looking ahead

The company «ROKS» has opportunities as well as ambitions. We have many plans of business and technical development. We do a lot in order to engage the domestic and foreign partners. For this, our engineers developed several proposals in the form of technical and business projects in the first place for developing and implementing interactive multimedia systems capable to become the data transplantation core networks and bring the population of our country and other technologically developing countries to the benefits of modern information society.
