Technical Specifications of Horn S-Band Dual-Polarized Antenna

The Horn S-Band Dual-Polarized Antenna 2.3-2.6 GHz is a 2300-2600 MHz dual linear polarization horn antenna with 18 dBi gain. It supports simultaneous H/V polarization (horizontal + vertical at the same time) via a dual-port design using 2× N-Female connectors. The antenna is 50 Ohm and specified with VSWR up to 1.5.

Its directional radiation pattern is a 25° × 25° beamwidth (25° in both planes), providing controlled coverage and improved interference control versus wide-area antennas. Power handling is 150 W continuous (CW) with up to 200 W peak.

Mechanical characteristics: 400 × 400 × 620 mm, 2.6 kg, supplied with a mast mount bracket for 30-50 mm poles.

How It Works❓

A directional horn antenna concentrates RF energy into a controlled 25° × 25° beam. With 18 dBi gain, it improves link budget and stability in the intended direction. The dual linear polarization design processes horizontal and vertical polarization simultaneously, enabling flexible system architectures and improved performance in complex RF environments, while the 50 Ohm interface and VSWR up to 1.5 support predictable matching within the stated specification.
