Technical Specifications of OMNI Antenna 1515-1680 MHz
OMNI Antenna RSWA-LMSS-3.5LH360 is an L-band omnidirectional antenna designed for monitoring applications in the 1515-1680 MHz range. This LHCP omnidirectional antenna is an eight-element antenna array with a matching module and is built for L-band mobile satellite services monitoring. As a 1515-1680 MHz L-band antenna with left-hand circular polarization, it supports monitoring of ground-based Thuraya and Iridium terminals and detection and analysis of L-band satellite signals.
This L-band omni antenna provides 360° omnidirectional coverage and a 35° vertical beamwidth, making it suitable for monitoring platforms where no alignment is required. The antenna has 3.4 dB typ gain, VSWR ≤ 1.65 typ, 50 Ohm nominal impedance, and an N-Type connector. Its compact dimensions, minimal visibility, and minimum windage characteristics support fixed and mobile deployment.

How It Works❓
An omnidirectional antenna receives L-band RF signals over a full 360° horizontal pattern, so no directional aiming is required. In this model, the eight-element antenna array with a matching module supports operation in the 1515-1680 MHz range with LHCP polarization, making it suitable for monitoring of Thuraya and Iridium terminals, as well as RF monitoring and test systems.
Why Choose the Model RSWA-LMSS-3.5LH360❓
👉Choose this antenna when you need full 360° omnidirectional coverage, LHCP polarization for L-band MSS monitoring, 3.4 dB typ gain, VSWR ≤ 1.65 typ, and a 1×N-Type 50 Ohm configuration for fixed or mobile monitoring platforms with no alignment required.
